Detailed Itinerary
City of origin - Aswan - Nile Cruise - Dinner
Departure from the city of origin on a special flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, we will transfer directly to the cruise ship and enjoy a picnic-style dinner in the cabin. Overnight on board the cruise ship.
Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu - Nile Cruise - Full Board
Breakfast will be served as a picnic. Optional excursion available to the Abu Simbel temples, a complex formed by two temples: one dedicated to Ramses II and the other to Nefertari, his first and favorite wife. Later, we will visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to Isis, goddess of love and considered one of the most beautiful and best-preserved temples in the country. It is located on a small island. We will continue our journey sailing towards Kom Ombo to visit its temple at sunset, dedicated to Sobek, a god with the head of a crocodile and a human body, located on the banks of the Nile. Then we will sail towards Edfu. Lunch and dinner on board.
Edfu - Esna - Luxor - Nile Cruise - Full Board
After breakfast, our first stop will be the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. It is the second largest temple in Egypt, surpassed only by the Temple of Amun-Ra in Karnak, and one of the best-preserved in the country. We will return to the cruise ship and sail towards Esna, passing through the lock (a structure that allows ships to overcome an 8-meter difference in water level when passing a dam). Arrival in Luxor. Depending on the sailing schedule, afternoon visits may be possible. Lunch and dinner on board.
Luxor - Hurghada - Full Board
After breakfast, we will disembark. Our first stop will take us to the burial site in the famous Valley of the Kings and the Theban Necropolis, where the famous tomb of Tutankhamun is located. Afterwards, we will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dedicated to the only woman who ruled Egypt, who, interestingly, wore a beard to appear as a pharaoh. Next, we will see the Deir El Bahari temple and the impressive Colossi of Memnon. We continue the tour to the second most visited site in Egypt, the religious complex of Karnak and its temples, one of the places of greatest historical value in the country. This is due to the way it was built, starting with the central sanctuary and then expanding to the outer areas. Since the Temple of Luxor is dedicated to the god Amun-Ra, god of creation and the sun, many pharaohs expanded it with new monuments to honor the main deity of the Egyptian pantheon. Transfer to Hurghada by road. Arrival at the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
Hurghada - Free day - All Inclusive
Located on the shores of the Red Sea, Hurghada is a coastal destination with crystal-clear waters and colorful marine life. This makes it one of the most important tourist cities in Egypt and one of the best places in the world for diving and snorkeling, not only along the Egyptian coast but globally. Its main attraction lies in the beauty of its waters, supported by natural conditions ideal for marine exploration: a varied underwater landscape, exceptionally clear water, and a combination of cliffs and vast coral reefs that can form islands or sandbanks. It also offers a rich diversity of fish, sharks, and corals, species that stand out for their beauty thanks to their vivid and striking colors. Free day with all-inclusive stay.
