Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

City of origin – Luxor – Nile Cruise – Dinner

Departure from Madrid on a special flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, transfer directly to the cruise ship and enjoy a picnic-style dinner in the cabin. Overnight onboard the cruise.

Day 2

Luxor – Esna – Edfu – Nile Cruise – Full Board

After breakfast, our first stop will be the famous Valley of the Kings and the Theban Necropolis, where the renowned tomb of Tutankhamun is located. Afterwards, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dedicated to the only woman who ruled Egypt and who, interestingly, wore a false beard to resemble a pharaoh. Continue to Deir El Bahari Temple and the impressive Colossi of Memnon. We then proceed to Karnak Temple Complex, the second most visited site in Egypt and one of the country’s most historically valuable landmarks. Its importance lies in the way it was built, beginning with the central sanctuary and expanding outward over time. Since Luxor Temple was dedicated to Amun-Ra, the god of creation and the sun, many pharaohs enlarged the temple with new monuments to honor the chief deity of the Egyptian pantheon. Finally, return to the cruise ship and sail towards Esna. Lunch and dinner onboard the cruise.

Day 3

Edfu – Kom Ombo – Aswan – Nile Cruise – Full Board

After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to the Temple of Edfu dedicated to the god Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. It is the second largest temple in the country after Karnak Temple. Later, continue sailing to Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile-headed god with a human body, located on the banks of the Nile. Lunch and dinner onboard the cruise.

Day 4

Aswan – Nile Cruise – Full Board

Arrival in Aswan early in the morning. Optional excursion available to visit the temples of Abu Simbel, a complex formed by two temples, one dedicated to Ramses II and the other to Nefertari, his favorite and first wife. Later, enjoy a ride on a traditional Egyptian sailboat called a felucca to end the day. Lunch and dinner onboard the cruise.

Day 5

Aswan – Luxor – Train or Bus Transfer – Breakfast and Lunch

Breakfast and check-out. Afterwards, visit the Temple of Philae, dedicated to Isis, goddess of love, considered one of the most beautiful and best-preserved temples in Egypt, located on a small island. After this unforgettable visit, transfer to Luxor by train or vehicle depending on availability, to be confirmed by the guide in destination. Lunch may be served onboard the cruise or as a picnic depending on the train schedule. The journey lasts approximately 3 hours. Arrival in Luxor, transfer to the ship or hotel, and accommodation.

Day 6

Luxor – Dendera – Hurghada – Full Board

After breakfast, disembarkation and departure towards Dendera. The Temple of Dendera is dedicated to the goddess Hathor and contains twelve decorated crypts, two hypostyle halls, and two funerary chapels. One of these chapels housed the famous “Zodiac of Dendera,” now displayed at the Louvre Museum. After a final stop at the Birth House of Isis, continue by road transfer to Hurghada. Arrival at the hotel, dinner, and accommodation.

Day 7

Hurghada – Free Day – All Inclusive

Located on the shores of the Red Sea, Hurghada is a coastal destination famous for its crystal-clear waters and colorful marine life. It is one of Egypt’s most important tourist cities and one of the world’s best destinations for diving and snorkeling. Its appeal lies in the beauty of its underwater world, with dramatic seabeds, exceptionally clear waters, coral reefs, sandbanks, and islands. The diversity of fish, sharks, and corals stands out thanks to their vibrant and striking colors. Free day on an all-inclusive basis.
